iThinkLogistics - Intern - Telecaller (0-1 yrs)
Job roles and responsibilities :
1. Facilitate direct sales by informing existing customers about new arrivals in the company and encouraging them to make sales.
2. Inform customers about all products in the company, their uses and benefits
3. Call customers using our database, explain our products and services, thereby generating interest in the minds of the customers
4. Develop and pass on the leads of these interested customers to the respective sales person
5. Follow up with the sales person in the next 48 hours to check if the appointment has been fixed.
6. Make at least 50 successful calls every day and maintain a healthy lead conversion rate of 15% from each team member
