About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients across different regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities :

Market Research and Strategy :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate international markets.

Lead Generation and Conversion :

- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events.

- Convert leads into sales by demonstrating the value of iTech India's services.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

- Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Proposals :

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our digital transformation services.

Negotiation and Closing :

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.

- Ensure that all agreements are profitable and aligned with the company's goals.

Sales Targets and Reporting :

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.

Collaboration and Coordination :

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Continuous Learning and Development :

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements and Skills :

- A bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or an MBA with Sales and Marketing Specialization.

- Proven experience of over 2-5 years in international sales, preferably in the digital transformation or IT services industry.

- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
