iTech India - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
- Meet the assigned targets and meetings or exceeding expectations.
Requirements and Skills :
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as Business Development Executive
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
- Strong experience in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads.
- Experience in cold calling, creating email marketing campaigns & Appointment fixing.
- Market research experience in improving sales growth.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills and self-starter.
- Ready to travel.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Software Products will be an added advantage.
