- Area Executives is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing Food Service sales strategy. He/She would be involved in selling products to distributors and customers in trade as well. His/Her job is based on setting up a strategy for finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into sustainable and profitable business.

- We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Area Executive to join our sales team! As our Area Executive his/her main responsibility will be to drive ITC Food Service business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.
Area Executive duties and responsibilities :
- Find prospects and leads.
- Universe mapping and prepare/execute Go to Market approach for FS clients.
- Learn details about our products and services for FAB matching.
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems to overcome obstacles.
- Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
- Up-sell when appropriate.
- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.
- Consult with Distributor and supply chain to ensure better service to new customers.
- Identify most important sales KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Monitoring competition activities and pricing on regular basis.
- Maintain Optimal Stock Level at Distributor point to avoid stock out situation.
- Weekly Sales and stock report analysis with distributor.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast by SKU.
- Prepare WD claim and get it submitted on monthly basis to Finance.
- WD balance confirmation submission to Finance on monthly basis.
- NDC submission to Finance on quarterly basis.
- Segment-wise and customer sales tracking on weekly basis.
Area Executive KPI :
- Monthly Sales Value.
- Monthly Customer Acquisition.
- Monthly Sampling.
- Customer Retention & Key Account management.
