IT Trainer - Corporate Sales - Education Learning Services (2-12 yrs)

Functional/Technical skills:

End to end training sales.

New client acquisition, in particular

Generate leads/requirements

Responsibilities would include:

- Client mapping & mining and getting the training/certification related requirements.

- Continuously mining the account and increasing no. of requirements.

- Ensuring timely response and solution given to customers for the shared needs.

- Ensuring achievements of the revenue targets.

Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading

The candidate should:

- Be able to research, analyse and network with Corporate clients.

- Be able to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients and internal team.

- Must be an impressive communicator while interacting with clients, particularly new ones.

- Be patient, dynamic, pleasing and impressive personality

- Have excellent communication skills - written and oral (English)

- Have an Innovative approach

- Be willing to take up challenges

- Be a good team player

Role and Responsibilities:

- Identifying new/potential markets, clients, sales leads, pitching our IT Training service offerings.

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with new and existing customers.

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets/accounts.

- Researching the needs of other companies. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Desired Candidate should adept well with numbers. The candidate should have relevant experience in dealing with corporate clients and selling IT Training services, etc.

- Should have good understanding of technologies/corporate technical trainings.

- Strictly should be able to identify the new potential clients for our offerings.

- Should get in touch with the concerned people and generate leads and do sales and account management.

- Generate training related opportunities by establishing and maintaining productive client partnerships.

- Revenue target orientation

- Excellent communication skills with proven track record, sales, marketing, business development, business acumen, customer relations, total account management.
