Opening for Relationship Manager - Non Banking Finance Sector


Job brief:

The role of a Relationship Manager is one of the most important roles in the organization. From acquiring a customer to maintaining a healthy relationship, the RM will be responsible for all aspects of client relationship. The selected RM will get the opportunity to work with schools and shall play a major role in understanding the loan requirements of the school, recommend a suitable solution, walk through the process of credit appraisal which involves document collection and security creation and then nurture the relationship for the entire loan tenor.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Should be able to generate leads, convince the client, by communicating the benefits in an effective way

- Should be dynamic in achieving the targets.

- Should do direct sales through cold calling and meeting customers for conversions.

- Is responsible for acquisition of new customers.

- Act as a first point contact to the customer for all his document submission requirements both before sanction and disbursement of the loan.

- Monthly relationship visits to all the institutions in the portfolio. Work closely with the customers by regularly visiting them and understanding the dynamics of each school in the portfolio. Develop good rapport with the clients.

- Generate prospects for repeat / follow on loans from the existing customers.

- Ensure all schools in the portfolio are current on payments, with no delinquency.

- Take initiative in understanding the needs of schools and guide the organization in new product development.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / PG; 2+ years- experience in selling loan products viz., Home loans / Loan against property / Mortgage loans

- Consumer vehicle loans, personal loans, Business loans, CASA are not considerable, for good candidature & experience.

Key Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Commercial awareness

- Relationship building and management

- Should have an experience into Direct Sales

- Knowledge of Cold Calling Techniques.

- Should be able to lead generation & Market research

- Fair Know-how of Property Collateral
