Role: Partnership Development Associate

The Partnership Development Associate, will support iSC's growth in building relationships with prospective universities, high schools, and enterprises. Working to identify strong prospective partners and to nurture early sales discussions.

Work Location: Delhi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore


Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Identify and nurture new institutional clients (Schools/ Universities/ Colleges) through a consultative sales approach.

- Effectively develop and contact B2B partnership pipeline to meet projected team revenue goals.

- Identify key areas for improvement in the sales, marketing, and product development process.

- Collaborate with Marketing and affiliate partner channels to develop and implement B2B lead generation and nurturing programs.

- Connecting universities and colleges to a talented and diverse audience of students and prospective applicants from the iSC audience.

- Identify high school and community college partners, with the desire to offer their students access to a powerful and personalized admissions platform to support their University decisions.

- Daily, weekly, and quarterly data entry on communication updates, sales metrics, and performance.

- Ability to operate in a high-growth global environment where we are still learning and evolving.

Requirement:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good listener.

- Direct and relevant experience selling into or working with university recruitment, admissions, and enrollment teams is highly desirable.

- Freshers are welcome. Minimum of 2 years- experience in a B2B sales and/or marketing role is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicated to a diverse leadership audience.

- Understanding of B2B sales and partnership development processes with a data-driven mindset is essential.

- An independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a collaborative team environment.
