The Company : Iron Man Lifestyle is a profitable fast-growing dating and lifestyle coaching company helping Indian men get over their social anxiety, develop their confidence & social skills, get more dates, and meet their partners.

The Role : Sales Manager - In this role, you will be responsible for leading Sales efforts for IML and meeting the sales targets. You will also be responsible for leading the sales team, including hiring, onboarding, training, providing feedback, and managing.

Location : The position is in our New Delhi office and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.

Pay : This is a role that includes Salary and performance-based Incentives. The pay will depend on your skills, work experience, and the results that you drive. The incentive structure is uncapped with the only limit being the results that you drive.

Hours : This is a full-time position

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need ?

- 1-3+ years of Sales Team Management experience with a proven track record of owning individual and team targets.

- Experience in setting up and using CRM tools.

- Sales training and team management skills to increase efficiency, and keep motivation high in the Sales Team.

- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

- Experience in an early-stage ed-tech startup is a big plus.

- An ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, management skills, a high level of ownership, and leadership skills.

- Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.

Some of the Specific Role Functions :

- Understanding customer needs and requirements and preparing sales strategies to meet those needs.

Sales Team Management : Hiring, training, onboarding, and managing the sales team.

- Continuously provide regular feedback, keep the team accountable, and improve the sales skills of the team.

- Implement sales strategies to increase the efficiency and performance of the sales team.

- Identify customers- buying trends, and product feedback and provide reports to management and the production department to improve the product.

- Set and create a plan to achieve quarterly/monthly targets and lead efforts to achieve them.

- Daily update and adherence to CRM.

- Be the brand ambassador of IML in all official and unofficial events.
