Irish Expert - Sales Advisor - Education Sector (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Negotiation Skills: Must be capable of mindfully understanding the requirements of the candidate & correlate with Organisation's offering to put across an efficient negotiation
- Communication Skills: The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with prospects via video, phone, and email who are discovered through various avenues
- Candidate Conversion: Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through video and phone calls. Must be well versed with online communication platforms
- Product Advocacy: Pitch Irish Expert's various offerings including Study Abroad, Immigration, IELTS, Visa services, etc.
- Counselling Skills - Profile Evaluation and Guidance
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the internal teams (counsellors, operations, and product) if needed, to drive the conversions Preferred Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the internal team
- Proactive and responsible for reporting and sorting out any problems faced
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background will be preferred.
