Irish Expert - Sales Advisor (0-1 yrs)
Position : Sales Advisor
Reporting to : Branch Manager
Year of Experience : 0 to 1 yr
Qualification : Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities :
Negotiation Skills : Must be capable of mindfully understanding the requirements of the candidate & correlate with Organization's offering to put across an efficient negotiation
Communication Skills : The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with prospects via video, phone, and email who are discovered through various avenues
Candidate Conversion : Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through video and phone calls.
- Must be well versed with online communication platforms
Product Advocacy : Pitch Irish Expert various offerings including Study Abroad, Immigration, IELTS, Visa services, etc.
Counselling Skills : Profile Evaluation and Guidance
Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with the internal teams (counsellors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversions
Preferred Qualifications :
- Tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Internal team
- Proactive and responsible for reporting and sorting out any problems faced
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background will be preferred
