Position Overview :

- We are seeking a sales Executive to drive our company's expansion into global markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international business, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner and update on CRM

- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.

- Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives.

- Develop sales strategies, present proposals, negotiate and close deals.

- Conduct research to identify potential markets for our products/services.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

- Promote the business at networking and industry events, highlighting the company's services to new and existing clients

- Build and maintain relationships with international clients.

- Foster long-term partnerships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.

- Track and analyze key metrics and market trends to measure the success of business development initiatives.

- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development or sales for 1-3 years.

- Strong knowledge of global markets and industry trends

- Excellent and strong communication and negotiation skills along with active listening and manage time effectively

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
