Job Description :
- The prime role of the assistant manager is to work towards the achievement of the sales target for oneself and the aligned team.
- He/she should touch base with all the assigned leads on a daily basis as per the target given and also ensure the supporting team should do the same.
- Increase the touch points on calls that include cold calling also, to increase the reach.
- Help the aligned team members and assist the BM in achieving the target overall targets of the Study overseas.
- Help the branch manager to monitor departmental performance and submit the required reports to the BM assigned by the BM.
- In the absence of BM, give operational support to the branch in case required.
- Reports to the branch Manager are responsible for increasing the branch's client base and revenues.
- Adhering to the work policies, and ethics of the organization.
- Give additional support to the BM in case of extended support in Mkt activity.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and present various performance and management reports.
