Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution

- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

- Prepare complete tender documents (RFI/RFP)

- Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients

- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders

- Provide quality input to product team for continuous improvements

- Work with Partners and internal technical teams on issues with current products and provide input around new products

- Facilitate POC development and present to prospects

- Assesses competitors products, future plans etc. and influences IRIS stakeholders for appropriate actions

- Assist in new wins and top-line/bottom-line improvements

- Willing to travel internationally and domestically for short periods (1 2 weeks each visit)

- Create Management reports, do competition analysis and write blogs / papers

Key Skill Sets Required:

- Must be able to carry out project costing/estimation

- At least 5 years of experience performing similar roles

- Must have worked on RFP based government tenders

- Affinity to both sales and technology

- Great networking and client relationship skills

- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organization skills

- Must have acute commercial acumen

- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure is essential

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects etc)
