Job Title : Sales Head

Experience : Over 15 years in SaaS

Location : Navi Mumbai- Vashi (with international travel)

Job Description :

- IRIS Business is seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales with over 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry to drive growth and revenue for our company. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's revenue strategy, building and managing relationships with key clients and partners, and leading sales and business development efforts. Our target geographies are international markets- USA, Europe, UK and South Africa with a potential to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Our goal is to scale to 20X revenue in 5 years. Develop and execute the company's overall revenue strategy to achieve this growth target.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders

- Lead and manage the sales and business development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of revenue targets

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RegTech and SaaS market, trends, and competition to inform revenue strategies

- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive revenue initiatives, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve

- Oversee all aspects of the company's sales and business development efforts, including pipeline management, forecasting, and analysis

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

- Over 15 years of experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of successful revenue leadership

- Deep understanding of the RegTech and SaaS market, trends, and competition

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with key stakeholders

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and identify new revenue opportunities

- Demonstrated ability to lead sales and business development teams and drive results

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and analysis
