iRide - Customer Service Specialist (1-5 yrs)

iRide London, one of London's largest minicab companies is recruiting in VADODARA office for a day, night and weekend staff. No previous BPO experience necessary but is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role is Customer Care Agent; taking booking by phone; by email; liaising with client and drivers. Client feedback. Managing bookings from dispatch to completion. Monitoring work in progress for deadlines; managing delays.

Core competencies :

- Experience in managing large amounts of incoming calls

- A customer-centric approach to problem solving

- Clear and concise style on the phone and with written communication

- High level of accuracy

- Ability to follow communication procedures, task process, guidelines and policies

Job-specific skills an advantage :

- Monitoring work in progress to ensure minimal delays

- Constantly aware of all runs and completion zones

- Anticipating delays and problem solving

- Using tech to quickly problem solve

- Good Memory

- Managing delays and customer liaison for quality control

- Planning ahead

- Covering out of area jobs

- Ensuring sufficient supply of vehicles

- Ensuring specialist vehicles/bookings are pre-allocated

- Pre allocation of work for the drivers for the following shift

Requirements before applying :
