Job Summary :

- Experience in Sales & Marketing for General & Agro Based products like Pulses, Spices, Charcoal etc.
- Strong remote and direct sales and marketing skills.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- Highly innovative and proactive.
- Self-motivated and flexible to work under pressure.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills and independent.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure.
- Fluent in English writing, reading and talking (all types of communication). Knowing Malay language and local Malaysian language is added advantage.
- Working with overseas client for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead the team of sales
- Set goals
- Work with large profile customers or with customer complaints
- Analyze budgets and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
- Coordinate the operations of the sales department by establishing goals and monitoring the volume of sales
- Prepare and review progress reports, which will help determine sales potential, customer needs, and the pricing of products or services
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Sales & Marketing / International Marketing or similar qualification, with at least 3 to 5 years' experience.
