Branch Head (Secured MSME Loans)
Key Result Areas :
- Manage distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Ensure profitability of branch and portfolio
- Managing the branch expenses
- Ensure timely collections and cash management in branch
- Ensure the proper identification of right customer, conduct credit Personal Discussion, collateral and legal and valuation checks
- Ensure branch discipline is maintained
- Ensure branch processes are followed
- Ensure the productivity of branch staff
- Regularly motivate the branch staff to achieve targets
- Regular reporting to Area Managers and HO
- Opening of new branches in neighboring area
Skills and Eligibility :
- Proven branch management experience is desirable (Overall exp 3-5 Years)
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Results driven and customer focused
- Graduate
