Responsibilities :


- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.

- Build prospect lists based on the ideal customer profile. Find decision-makers at target companies that are involved in a buying decision.

- Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume (75 outbound a day).

- Run outreach campaigns using email, calls and LinkedIn touchpoints and set up qualified meetings for the Sales team.

- Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process.

- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity and the needs of prospects

- Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner

- Experience using tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator & Salesforce etc.

Desired Profile :

- Prior B2B SaaS/PAAS international (US) sales development experience of 2+ years and a total experience of 3+ years is mandatory.

- Experience and knowledge of the cultural nuances of the US region.

- Self-starter - ability to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities and ability to solve any problem/challenges that arise.

- Someone who is comfortable with working in the US Shift Timings (starting at 5:30 PM to 2.30 AM IST)

- Hard working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
