Job Summary

To achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive (BDE)who is proactive in nature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his/herown using different methods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise customer segment.

Opportunity:

- In this role you will be responsible for driving new sales and the growth of IQnext in the enterprise segment. The person in this role will pioneer some of IQnext's biggest deals by landing new logos and formalizing enterprise-wide relationships with companies. You will gain knowledge and experience of the new age industry of SaaS and cloud

- The person in this role will report to the Head of Sales and Partnership

Impact :

- As a Sr. BDE, you will work with leadership to unlock new relationships at large organizations and evolve IQnext's B2B revenue engine. You- ll also have support from our growing Product,Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to maximize the value and success of your efforts.

- Over the next few years, IQnext seeks to establish and grow a team. As a pioneering member of that team, you- ll have opportunities to manage future AEs, if that career path interests you.

Responsibilities

1. Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.

2. Researching key contacts at Commercial Real Estates/Office Spaces (IT/ITES, Pharma,Banking) and MEP, Consultant, Architects.

3. Apply consultative sales skills to build relationships with customers

4. Close deals, acquire new customers, generate revenue

We- re looking for someone who :

1. Is passionate about sales of tech products.

2. Has proven experience of 3-5 years in B2B / Corporate / Enterprise sales and selling tech based products/solutions to business and technology stakeholders interacting with key decision makers.

3. Should have selling experience in the Commercial Real Estate Segement dealing with stakeholders such as Admin/FM, Architects, Consultants etc. typically selling Facility Management Solutions, Building Management System (BMS), Building Material Industry products.

4. Has experience of Pre-Sales & Sales

5. Team player, with excellent oral & written communication, presentation skills and must be able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.

6. Has knowledge of the corporate/enterprise procurement process, decision making criteria,processes they use etc

7. Is extremely motivated to succeed and is a problem solver

8. Knowledge of complex decision-making groups (or ability to grasp this quickly)

9. Proven track record of planning sales pipeline

10. Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Good to have

1. Worked on CRM Tools

2. Worked on B2B portals to generate leads

3. Education in BBA/BCA/Engineering degree, Business Administration or equivalent
