Key Responsibilities:-

1) Manage and maintain the company's client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

2) Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, and introduce them IQI India's services

3) Record and document each calls outcome, feedback and necessary follow-up actions.

4) Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing IQI India to clients.

5) Identify opportunities for improving communication strategies and customer engagement.

6) Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and IQI India's offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:-

1) Graduation in any field

2) Proven experience in telemarketing customer service or a similar role.

3) Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

4) Good command over Hindi English Language.

5) Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.

6) Proficient computer skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.

7) Proficient computer skills and experience with database management.

8) Ability to handle objection and difficult conversation with professionalism.
