You are perfect for this role if you have:

1. Experience in business development within an influencer Marketing Agency or Media Industry.

2. Expertise in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, MS Excel & CRM tools.

3. Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape.

4. Ability to multi-task with strong time, project management skills and financial business acumen skills

5. Must be an expert in market research.

6. Excellent negotiator, strong closing skills and an ability to recognize and act on great opportunities.

What is this job about?

1. Build strong working relationships with the influencers & brands to better understand and address opportunities for growth in sales.

2. Research potential brands looking for an influencer marketing outreach.

3. Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies. Bring brand deals for our exclusive talents.

4. Generate new leads and opportunities through an aggressive and constant outreach program that includes a combination of tapping existing relationships as well as cold emailing to initiate new ones.

5. Create and manage a strong pipeline of business to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
