Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Leader to join our team and spearhead our marketing efforts in the Web3, Healthtech, and Fintech domains. As a Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for owning and driving the marketing strategy and execution, of a specific vertica. You will work closely with domain leaders to develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies, establish brand positioning, and create impactful marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Web3, Healthtech, and Fintech domains, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with domain leaders and subject matter experts to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

- Define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging strategies to effectively position Ionixx's solutions within the respective industries.

- Lead the development of marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and sales enablement materials.

- Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new marketing opportunities and best practices.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience working in the lead gen team or product marketing team in the B2B space targeted to US.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies in the Web3, Healthtech, and Fintech industries.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with domain leaders and subject matter experts.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with blockchain technology, healthcare IT, and fintech platforms is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the respective industries is a plus.
