Position: Visual & Graphics Designer

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Mode: Full Time - Permanent

Qualification: Any Desing Degrees

Experience : 5 + Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conceptualize & develop a graphic design, and social media assets in adherence to brand guidelines for sales & marketing collaterals

- Understand design principles, compositions & layouts in digital (Social Media, Google Ads, and Websites)

- Establish and drive brand standards and ensure branding consistency across all B2B communication channels, for all content formats

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative assets and bring ideas to fruition

- Follow and keep up with new trends and be proactive to contribute creative ideas

Skills & Requirements :

- Exemplary graphic design abilities with a flair for colour, layout, and aesthetics

- Able to get a sense of audience preferences through adequate research and analysis

-Able to work independently and collaborate successfully as a team player

- Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment

- Diploma or Degree in Design / Web / Graphic / Creative Multimedia / Social Media or equivalent

- Min 5 - 7 years of related working experience in a design agency, e-commerce or B2B IT digital environment

- Highly skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro on PC and Mac

- Knowledge of HTML, Motion graphics and Illustration is an advantage
