Job Brief :


- We are in search of a proficient and experienced Business Development Representative to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.

- As a Business Development Representative, you will be seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers. You will act as a first point of contact for our company. You will set up meetings for business to business collaborations.

- To be successful in this job role, you must have hands-on experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and fulfilling their sales quotas.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Identify potential customers from amongst a bunch of leads

2. Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities

3. Contact prospects via emails and cold calls

4. Present the company to prospective clients

5. Identify client requirements and suggest them with suitable products/services

6. Come up with customized product solutions that will help boost customer satisfaction

7. Establish long-term relationships with the clients

8. Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively

9. Coordinate with Account Managers for client status updates

10. Keep updated about latest business trends

Requirement :

1. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

3. Track record of achieving sales quotas

4. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Outreach, Outplay)

5. Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

6. Understanding of sales performance metrics

7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

8. Ability to deliver engaging presentations

9. BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
