Job Description-
- Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the home sale process
- Giving out presentations to the potential customers
- Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the process through closing
- Expedite the resolution of client concerns to maximize client satisfaction
- Identifying and resolving problems and/or issues that may delay timely closing of property and communicating this information as necessary to parties impacted
- Participating on special projects as assigned
