Investment Specialist (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients with portfolios of - 50L & above.
- Facilitate approximately 150 calls booked by clients through the Company's Wealth Monitor app each month.
- Interact with and convert high-intent inbound leads.
- Showcase our portfolio management approach to clients.
- Review customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customers to ensure their investment needs are fully understood.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
- Apply strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex information from various sources.
- Provide an exceptional client experience.
Expectations :
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in financial services, including retail banks, investing fintechs, and AMCs.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of either mutual funds, stocks, or PMS.
- Ability to explain complex investment methodologies in simple terms to clients.
- Demonstrated high ownership and strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
