JOB DESCRIPTION

- Handle Sales, Leasing of residential, commercial, IT properties and plotted developments.

- Identify market segments, define and execute sales strategies.

- Create and manage client relationships.

- Generate business for products and services of the company.

- Create new business opportunities and achieve business targets.

- Independently market the projects of the company from head office and at sites assigned, from time to time besides other specific assignments.

- Be responsible to collect 100% of consideration amounts due from sale of flats/shops.

- Build contacts with real estate agents and brokers.

- Successfully plan and participate in real estate exhibitions.

- Marketing the plan of the projects of the company, commercial space renting and selling.

- Hard and soft selling through ads, tele-marketing, internet etc.

- Follow-up all leads for conversions into sales / leases

- Conduct site visits with customers

- Perform sales pitches in presentation

- Prepare sales reports in prescribed formats for management & in ERP.

- Visit other projects frequently and study their sales techniques

- Set monthly sales target for himself and also to other sales executives and work towards achieving it.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

- Outstanding Knowledge of Real estate market, sector rates & thematic understanding of projects in Noida, Noida Extension and Greater Noida

- Excellent communication (written and spoken), negotiation and sales skills. Must have friendly and professional speaking voice with strong phone etiquette skills, positive and energetic attitude, and strong desire to meet goals and commitments

- Ability to lead, plan and manage a complex set of activities

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Willingness to travel

- High level of involvement, engagement and ownership

- Strong time management skill and ability to prioritize

- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :

Post graduate or graduate from premier institute of India or any other relevant professional qualification. Candidate with MBA (specialization in sales & marketing) degree will be preferred.

DESIRABLE :

- Well versed with housing and commercial loan procedures

- Good knowledge of RSquare CRM software
