Role : Investment Manager- B2B

Experience : 4+ years experience in selling Financial Products/Real Estate. Candidates should experience working in the financial industry and or real estate industry - this role will report to team leads.

Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/Hyderabad; 5 Days Working. (May have to work on Saturdays during Assets Listings)

Requirements :

- 4+ years experience in selling Financial Products/Real Estate

- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in B2B partnerships/channel sales. Private wealth experience is a plus

- Broad based knowledge and understanding of finance and/or real estate

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Experience engaging with partners via phone/remotely

- Attention to detail, with a reliable, consistent and positive approach to work

- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be very self-motivated

- A team-oriented attitude

- Experience with CRM software is preferred.

- A friendly and open personality

Responsibilities : 

- Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with channel partners (Investment advisors, real estate brokers, wealth managers, etc.) to distribute products

- Conduct in-person meetings, phone, video calls with potential partners

- On-board, train, and assist partners in using platform and act as a point of contact

- Understand all concepts pertaining to Commercial Real Estate and be aware of other real estate practices

- Maintain all partner data in an organised manner by using the CRM software extensively

- Communicate professionally and responsibly, keeping with the company ethos

- Familiarise yourself with the processes of other departments to ensure seamless investor query resolution

- Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various inquiries via email and phone which may include providing product and service level guidance

- Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
