Job Location: Pune
Salary: 3-4 LPA
Experience Required: 2+ years (Sales & Marketing, Investment advisor, Share Market, Stock, Equity, Mutual Fund advisor)
This role is ideal for a candidate who is the team to be involved in the full marketing & business development having a high level of the input working closely with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivering BD & Marketing strategies across Wealth Market to drive sales growth
- Assist with Production of enticing BD & Marketing content across all marketing communication tailored to relevant audiences
- Monitor & report on the competitor landscape & strategies
- Ensuring compliances with current regulations, policies on all marketing materials & promotions
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Key Requirement :
- The successful candidate will have BD & Marketing experience of 1-2 years in the Broking Industry/PMS/Investment Advisory
Qualification - Graduate or MBA with Finance/Sales/Business Development background
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- An interest in the Wealth Management industry & genuine curiosity in expanding the horizon of the company
- The candidate should be able to analyze the financial need, the risk appetite of the clients & recommend suitable solutions from the array of financial products available with us like Mutual Funds, PMS, structured products equity, insurance & IPOs
- Achieving targets based on acquisition & revenue generation through all investment products
