Invento Robotics - Manager - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
1. The key metric to this role is to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and to solve customer issues and escalations within a defined time period.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of Invento's product -lines, customer categories both at the hardware and software levels. A good understanding of the product and customer-centricity will be key requisites to the role.
3. Maintain healthy documentation and logging of issues though the Jira system.
4. This is a senior role and will involve direct interactions with people at the CXO / Mid and Senior Leadership levels.
5. Manage strategic relationships and help with further opportunities and sales within the accounts served.
6. Proactively solve reasonable and solvable issues of the customer and intelli-gently push back on unreasonable demands/issues.
7. Have a problem-solving mentality rather than just passing the issues to the technical items. High degree of learning and adaptability are requisites too.
8. Manage escalations.
8. Candidate having technical knowledge is prefarable.
