Role :

- As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through various digital marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our performance marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities :


- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Design and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals, target audience, and budget.

- Manage paid advertising campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust targeting and messaging to improve results.

- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization: Perform keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases used by our target audience. Optimize website content, landing pages, and other digital assets for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic visibility and drive quality traffic.

- Analyze data and provide insights: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and optimize ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the content marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to align messaging, ensure campaign consistency, and support lead generation efforts. Provide input on creative assets, landing page design, and content development.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and SEO.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.

- Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
