-We are looking for motivated and well-spoken Sales Managers to join our sales team. The Sales Managers will be responsible for handling a team, pushing the team to achieve their set targets, developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. A top Sales Manager should always be very competitive and a good listener.

What does the role entail ?

- You will be leading a team of Program Advisors and pushing them to achieve their set targets.

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

- Ensure that the team is following the sales processes that are laid out and also suggest ways of improving the processes over time.

- Provide on-the-ground support for Program Advisors as they work with leads and close new deals

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to improve conversion rates.

- Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate VOC data to the company/senior management.

- If required don the hat of a Program Advisor and help the team achieve its targets.

Basic Qualifications :

- 5+ years of previous experience in an inside sales position, with at least 2 years in handling a team of sales champions

- Should have managed US sales

- BE (Preferably Computer science) or MCA preferred. Alternatively, you should have managed sales for Technology products, not necessarily Edtech

- While not mandatory, we love it when some come with Edtech experience

- Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce is a must

- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
