Job Responsibilities :
1. Resolve customer complaints via email/chat.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Good customer handling skills.
Key Requirements :
- Excellent Spoken English skills required
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
- Good Comprehensive skill
- Candidate must be comfortable working in 24- 7 rotational Shift
