Job Description :
1. Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and Airport Codes.
2. Converting the inbound Spanish calls(U.S PAX) into a sales.
3. Responsible for providing clients with some of the best travel deals.
4. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
5. Diligently communicating, aggressive follow up and priming the lead through different channels.
Required Candidate profile :
1. Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls and Generic Calls.
2. Proficient in Spanish speaking and writing.
3. Excellent Geographical knowledge of US.
4. Self-learners with extensive grasping ability so that learners can absorb the product related trainings within no time.
5. Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment.
