You need to be able to ask the right questions, actively listen to responses, and convey the value proposition of your product or service clearly.

Problem-Solving : Being skilled at asking probing questions and analyzing responses can help uncover these needs and position your solution as the ideal way to address them.

Active Listening : Paying close attention to what the lead is saying (and not saying) is essential. This helps you determine if there is a genuine need for your product or service, and whether the lead's situation aligns with what your offering can provide.
