International Sales Role - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
Please note : We are looking for a person with a crisp personality who will be able to handle international retail clients with exemplary communication skills who has experience in the Food industry( Especially spice industry)
Some of the important key areas which we would like to focus is on the following:
- Would be a Back End support for the sales team
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for international retail customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guide to help the international sales team
- Support Retail Sales in the international market
- To provide Sales trends and monitor/report performance.
- To ensure customer service is achieved as per company's expectation and bring in new retails customers.
