International Sales Role - BPO (2-9 yrs)
Education & experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar outbound/sales position (including cold calling). Should be familiar with basic computer skills, multi lingual will be an advantage English, Hindi - other regional languages an advantage
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Must be able to communicate, both oral and written in English & Hindi (minimum)
- Job-Specific Skills: People Skills; Ability to think on your feet; closing skills; negotiation and persuasion; ability to build new relationships quickly; ability to work under pressure; prospect filtering; unique selling proposition (USP) and tactful follow-up skills.
