This role is primarily sales orientated and interacting with our customers over the phone - through replying to specific product queries, as well as prompt follow up activity. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service to ensure that our customers have a great shopping experience!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Monitor orders and returns to understand customer's shopping patterns

- Help clients make purchasing decisions through product knowledge and expertise

- Reach out to customers through outbound calls

- Upsell clients on additional products that match their buying preferences and shopping profile

- Follow call center policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant customer satisfaction and interaction

- Ensure prompt follow up activity with customers

- Communicate with customers as required through inbound and outbound calls

- Complete customer registrations, update customer data and process orders with accuracy

- Participate in continuing training as required to improve the quality of operations and self

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the services leaders as per business need

- Meet sales and outbound call goals monthly.

- Maintain a customer list, promptly reply to all emails

SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE :

- At least 2 years of retail and/or sales industry experience is preferred

- 2+ years of customer service experience is desired

- Excellent communication skills, especially with regard to building customer relationships

- Proper phone etiquette is required

- Ability to influence and persuade clients when it comes to upselling products

- Positive and energetic attitude

- Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

- Willingness to ask for help when needed

- Ability to be self-efficient, autonomous, and resourceful is a must in this role

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : 

- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces

- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one workplace to another

- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
