International Sales Role - Export (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Send quotations to international customers.
- Answer technical queries and questions.
- Prepare our bids and submissions for tenders
- Prepare required product data sheets as and when needed
- Submit required drawings and technical data sheets to customers
- Answer all inquiries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Submit vendor approval documents for vendor registration in international companies.
- Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Production, Finance, Design, etc. for any Documentation needed for International Projects, Audits, Vendor approvals, etc.
- Regularly generate MIS reports in ERP & understand the trends
- Analyze Inquiry & Sales Data and present reports to the Management
- Communicate regularly with international customers to understand their requirements, new projects, existing project status, etc.
- Participate in ISO audits
- Assist in any other activities for international business promotion and growth
- Any other tasks given by Sales Team Leader, Manager or Director
Requirement :
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales preferably International Sales
