Experience : International BPO Sales Experience -min 06 months to 3 Years
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Should Handle Outbound calls
- Contacting potential or existing customers
- Answering about the process or the company
- Update the customer information in the database
- Keep the call records to note the useful information
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- Should have experience in Night Shift
- Should Have International Calls handling Experience
Shift Timing: 5 days/ Rotational Week off & Shift Timing (US Timing)- Work from Office.
