BUSINESS ANALYSIS: Developing technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company's sales efforts that begin with defining, analysing and documenting requirements as well as managing requirements at the project level to help fulfil business needs.
BUYING: Ensuring and deciding WHAT to buy, were to buy from, HOW MUCH to buy, and WHAT PRICE to buy. Analysing what merchandise to buy, buying patterns and type & level of service to meet the customer demands.
MERCHANDISING / MARKETING: Ensuring the development and delivery of goods at the right time, price and terms. Analysing change in Fashion Trends and Fashion Forecast. Developments of the sample with regular follow up and update from Lower Level Management to the Higher-Level Management.
MARKET FORECAST: Analysing and understanding market trends and customer expectations.
QUALITY CONTROL: Ensure that the manufactured product adheres to a defined set of quality criteria and meets the requirements of the client or customer.
PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP: Maintain customer order lead time to ensure the availability of products for customers.
