Job Description :
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to the below
- Research and identify prospective customers in international market
- Create relationship to pave way for telephonic, email contact
- Contact potential customers to inform them about products by sending e-mailers and by telephone
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the marketing team if required
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Working capital management,
