Key Requirements :
- To handle basic level of customer queries related to online courses through calls/Chat/E-Mail (Blended Process)
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
- Must have excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable to work in UK shifts
- Experience with the International Process will be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification : Graduation
Shift : UK -1.00 pm to 10.30 pm (No Cabs)
