The - Manager, New Business Development- will develop new revenue opportunities, creating and testing a revenue strategy and implement it. The successful candidate will recognize that this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to change the business model of - content- & digital ad-sales.

The prime business being digital, we are looking for someone who understands the world of digital news, digital marketing, digital products, and strategic content selling. Someone with good on ground connections at various ad networks, digital agencies, advertising agencies, and direct contacts with some top advertisers.

QUALIFICATIONS

A management grad, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of business development experience and a track record for building and implementing diverse revenue strategies. Candidates with previous experience in the media sector will be prioritized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop an overall revenue strategy and multi-sector implementation plan

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, test and develop new revenue ideas

- Articulate clear revenue goals and personal KPIs

- Engage with prospects and clients/agencies to discover new ways that IBT assets can support their advertising delivery goals

- Develop a diverse revenue strategy that aligns with IBT's vision and values

- Use past insights and experiences to create digital and new business revenue

Implementation & Marketing

- Set revenue goals, then take responsibility for the results

- Create marketing and support materials to communicate new and existing products to clients/agencies.
