Internal Communication 


- Develop and deliver internal communication & employee engagement strategy. Plan and execute the calendar of activity to enhance employee engagement, participation, and inclusion thus promoting employee advocacy

- Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with priorities and themes.

- Use internal tools and platforms as appropriate to maximize the firm's internal communication effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.

- Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate.

- Assist in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes global initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion, Way Day, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compliance and other programs and initiatives in support of vision, goals and culture.

- Work with appropriate teams to create and maintain content for employee communication channels and internal platforms. Partner with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explore/recommend new channels or technologies where possible.

- Implement metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of internal communication channels with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to build an employer branding and talent attraction program

- Drive current and new initiatives to define and convey Purpose and value proposition.

- Translate employer brand to position it as the employer of choice. Propose initiatives to further define and differentiate our employer brand.

- Adopt a hands-on approach to maintain employer brand and marketing campaigns from conception to implementation.
