Intern - Social Media Marketing - Recruitment/HR Services (0-1 yrs)
THC - The HR Company is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, digital marketing, and HR, with a desire to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in social media marketing while working closely with HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation : Create engaging and relevant content for THC's social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Social Media Management : Assist in managing THC's social media profiles by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
3. Campaign Execution : Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with THC's branding and objectives.
4. Research and Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for content and campaign improvements. Analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns.
5. Community Engagement : Engage with the online HR community by participating in relevant discussions, sharing valuable insights, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
6. Content Calendar : Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
7. Reporting : Prepare regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing (preferably BBA/MBA), communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media marketing and a good understanding of various social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Having a grasp of the HR concept is an added benefit.
