Intern - Sales Support (0-1 yrs)

Summary:

The Sales Support Intern is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the sales team. This includes tasks such as preparing presentations, tracking leads, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.

This internship is for 6 months full time work from office internship.

Location: Vidyavihar (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare presentations and proposals for sales team

- Track leads and manage customer relationships

- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems

- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Develop and maintain relationships with market partners, track their performance, and provide follow-up support.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications :

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy
