Job Role : Sales Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers or clients.

- Generating leads through various means, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking for Indian Staffing.

- Delivering compelling presentations and pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the products or services.

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to provide regular reports to management.

- Assisting customers with post-sales inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Enhancing the company's brand image and reputation through marketing and PR efforts.

- Exploring and evaluating new markets for expansion and formulating market entry strategies.

- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and its career pages.

- Building own sales pipelines.

- Meeting sales goals.

Eligibility Criteria :

- MBA in Marketing Pass out in the Year 2023, or MBA pursuing going to Pass out Final Year in 2024.

- An applicant must have scored a minimum of 60% throughout academics SSC, HSC/Diploma, Graduation & MBA and an aggregate of 60% in the highest qualification.

- No Live Backlog at the time of appearing for interview.

Internship Stipend :

- During the internship program of three months, you would be paid a stipend INR Rs 8,000/- per month. After successful completion of three months of internship program, based on "consistent performance", we may hire you on permanent role with a CTC of INR 3 LPA

Selection Process :

- HR Interview

- Final selected candidates are expected to join us immediately
