Job Description:

The role's objective is to ensure that we have a constant stream of qualified leads to open and chase. it will also involve engaging with Clients for the whole Delivery cycle, too

The following needs to be executed by the role :

- Scouting and creating a list of target companies that fit our LeanCanvas customer profiles - Diversified Business Houses, People & Knowledge driven businesses, Start-ups.

- How to scout - Have a full understanding on how LinkedIn works and how to use it's filter and search functionality. Continuously search web for list of companies that fit the criteria. Get one company name as a lead and then continuously build on 1 lead to make it 10 in same or related categories. Find list of Decision Makers (DM) for each targeted prospects and get their contact details (atleast e-mail ID).

- Work on CRM tool to build and maintain database.

- Start communicating with prospects with a series of templatized mail communication and follow up phone calls to set up a meeting.

- On deal Closure, interface with the Client team to operationalise services

- Work output judged on: No. of Prospects migrated to the database with correct contact details and valid e-mail IDs | No. of Prospects opened via e-mails | No. of prospects spoken to | No. of meetings set up.

Qualifications and Profile Specs:

- Grad, preferably pursuing Management stream.

- Good communication skills.

- Sales inclination.

- Aware of business environments, industries, economic conditions.
