Intern - Presales (0-1 yrs)
We need 2 interns for pre-sales.
Pre-sales Intern - Responsibilities:
1. Manage, educate and qualify leads to create sales opportunities
2. Interact with prospects via telephone and email
3. Assess and analyse and identify prospects, generate interest and develop to potential customers
4. Validate and route the qualified leads to the sales team
5. Update lead status and prospect interaction in the CRM
6. Consistently achieve monthly call quotas.
7. Provide feedback to ensure optimization and enhance lead generation programs
Skill Requisites:
1. Any degree with good communication skills (English & Hindi)
2. Ability to handle cold calls and meet daily call quota (75 calls)
3. Proficient in using email & MS Office
4. Product / call handling skills training will be provided
5. Chennai based and should work from office
- Call centre experience an added advantage
